Field Hockey is  a ball & stick sport played between 2 teams that try to score points by hitting the ball into the goal with the stick. 

PLAYERS NEEDED TO PLAY

  • 10-22 players needed to play

  • Teams of equal number, 6 vs. 6, 9 vs. 9, etc.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO PLAY

  • 1 Field Hockey Ball.

  • 1 Field Hockey Stick per player.

  • 2 goals or markers for goals.
